SARANAC LAKE – Beginning this March, High Peaks Hospice & Palliative Care, Inc. will offer a Good Grief support group for individuals coping with the loss of a loved one.
During the group sessions, members will be encouraged to share information, experiences and emotional support for one another under the group counselor’s leadership.
The groups will emphasize discussion and participation while focusing on various aspects of grief and the healing process. The Good Grief support group will start March 7 and be held on the first Tuesday of every month at 12:30 p.m. at St. Luke’s Church-Baldwin House, 136 Main St., Saranac Lake.
