DESCRIPTION:Nicole Huasta from the High Peaks Hospice Bereavement Team will be presenting Navigating Grief – Finding Hope and Joy in the Wake of Loss at The Conkling Center on Tuesday, November 18th 1-2pm.\nThis informational presentation focuses on:\n\nWhat can be expected as people experience the natural progression of grief\nTouch on warning signs that may indicate a more complex grief experience outside of the norm.\nTips and strategies are introduced to listeners to keep deceased loved ones present in our lives while coping with the inevitable every day changes that come with loss.\nThe importance of prioritizing selfcare in the face of the seemingly impossible task of finding healing after the death of a loved one.\n\nIf time allows, the presentation will be opened up to Q and A.\nRegistration is required by calling Tricia at 518-793-1494 or by emailing tgolden@theconklingcenter.org\n\n
