DESCRIPTION:Due to the policies in place for how to stay safe during the COVID-19 pandemic, we are postponed our program at the Conkling Center to walk our audience through an end of life discussion until June 23 as a Zoom meeting. Starting with why the discussion is so difficult, we discussed advance directives, what services are provided by hospice and what steps we can take to create our own end of life plans.\n
