DESCRIPTION:A community event offering space to reflect, honor, and heal.\nHigh Peaks Hospice warmly invites individuals and families across our service area to join us for a meaningful Remembrance Gathering honoring those we’ve loved and lost. This year’s theme, “Their Light Guides Us, Their Love Surrounds Us,” reflects the enduring presence of those who have passed and the lasting impact of their love.\nThe event is especially intended for those who have experienced a loss in the past year, including individuals who have been receiving bereavement support through High Peaks Hospice. However, this gathering is open to the entire community—anyone who wishes to remember and reflect is welcome.\nIn our expansive service region, we offer two date and location options. This is the second of our two events for fall 2025:\n\nSaturday, September 20, 2025 | 10:30–11:30 AM\n Crandall Park Pavilion – Glens Falls, NY\n\nGuests are encouraged to bring a photo of their loved one to contribute to our community memory display that they will take back with them upon conclusion of the event.\n“Grief can feel isolating, but moments like this remind us that we’re not alone,” said Sara Desimone of High Peaks Hospice. “We come together not only to mourn but to celebrate the lives that have shaped ours.”\nThe event will include a special performance by the The Ukulele Orchestra of The Senior Center of The Kingsbury and Fort Edward Area.\nRSVP is requested.\nYou may RSVP online here ( https://forms.gle/iDedhh2sx3V6kLqS9 ).\nAlternatively, you may call or email our team. Please be prepared with the name of your loved one who has passed and how many you anticipate to attend.\n 518-891-0606\n bereavement@highpeakshospice.org\nLet us gather to remember, reflect, and find comfort in shared remembrance.\n Because their light still guides us—and their love is always near.\n
