High Peaks Hospice warmly invites you to join us for a meaningful Remembrance Gathering honoring those we’ve loved and lost. This year’s theme, “The loss is immeasurable, but so is the love left behind” reflects the enduring presence of those who have passed and the lasting impact of their love.

Together, we will reflect and hold space for the memories that continue to shape our lives. Family, friends, and community members are welcome to attend with you.

Guests are encouraged to bring a photo of their loved one for the memory display that they will take back home with them upon conclusion of the event.
