High Peaks Hospice invites you to our Remembrance Gathering to commemorate those we’ve loved and lost at the Crandall Park Pavilion Saturday, September 16, 2023.

Come light a candle in their memory to represent how their light lives on.

Family, friends, and the community are welcome to attend and may bring a photo to add to the display. Candles and memory name cards are free to anyone experiencing a loss, regardless of being on hospice.

Names of those cared for by High Peaks Hospice who passed from June 2022 – June 2023 will be read.
