High Peaks Hospice is proud to announce the addition of two talented professionals to its team: Nafeesa Koslik, CHA, MBA, as Development Manager and Courtney Keir as Fundraising Manager. Their diverse backgrounds and wealth of experience will further enhance the organization’s mission to provide compassionate care and support to patients and families in the greater Adirondack region.

“Nafeesa and Courtney bring exceptional skills and experience to our team,” said Nicholas George, Executive Director of High Peaks Hospice. “At High Peaks Hospice we have two priorities. #1: taking care of the patients at the highest level possible so that they feel they are the most important person in the world. #2: taking care of the business so that we can continue taking care of the patients. These two individuals are here to support the latter of the two and we are thrilled to welcome them to our organization.”

Nafeesa Koslik, CHA, MBA – Development Manager

Nafeesa Koslik joins High Peaks Hospice with years of leadership experience in the non-profit human services industry as the Director of Workforce Development and Culture at AIM and over 25 years leadership experience in the hospitality industry with Hilton Worldwide.

Beyond her professional achievements, Nafeesa has a rich history of community involvement. She is a graduate of the Leadership Saratoga Class of 2014, served as treasurer for both the New York State Hospitality Tourism Association and the Saratoga County Chamber of Commerce, and has been a mentor for Saratoga Sponsor-a-Scholar. An adjunct professor at Bryant & Stratton College, Nafeesa is also an Advisory Board Member for SUNY Delhi and a volunteer with Lifeworks Community Action. She earned her Executive MBA from UAlbany.

She looks forward to bringing her leadership expertise and passion for community engagement to High Peaks Hospice.

Courtney Keir – Fundraising Manager

Courtney Keir brings a strong background in information studies and years of professional experience in grant management to her new role. She has successfully established and maintained grant awards and provided comprehensive administrative support throughout the grant lifecycle, including research, budget guideline review, and oversight of state and foundational grants.

Courtney’s expertise in fundraising and resource development will be instrumental in advancing High Peaks Hospice’s efforts to secure funding and support for its vital programs. She is eager to contribute to the organization’s mission and to make a meaningful impact in the lives of patients and their families.
