High Peaks Hospice invites you to our Remembrance Gathering to commemorate those we’ve loved and lost. This event will take place at the Crandall Park Pavilion Saturday, September 16, 2023.
Come light a candle in their memory to represent how their light lives on.
Family, friends, and the community are welcome to attend and may bring a photo to add to the display. Candles and memory name cards are free to anyone experiencing a loss, regardless of being on hospice.
Names of those cared for by High Peaks Hospice who passed from June 2022 – June 2023 will be read.
