Under 50 Grief Support – Virtual

About:  The grief support group for those under 50 offers a safe space for individuals to navigate loss together. Through shared experiences and guided discussions, members find solace, understanding, and practical coping strategies to navigate their grief journey with resilience and hope. No pre-registration is required, but please email Matthew Jones at mjones@highpeakshospice.org with any questions or to be added to the grief group mailing list in case of a date change or cancellation.
