The caring touch of hospice has a new home base!

Join us Tuesday, September 19th Noon to 2pm for our Open House at 1247 Dix Avenue, Hudson Falls, NY 12839.

The Adirondack Regional Chamber of Commerce will kick things off with a Ribbon Cutting at noon. Open House to follow through 2pm with staff and volunteer interaction, information on hospice services and food and refreshments.

We look forward to sharing our new location which allows us to better serve our community by accepting walk-ins for information on hospice services and volunteer opportunities and by providing a space to host both adult and children’s bereavement sessions.
