Our Bereavement team is hosting our Annual Hope for the Holidays. This year’s theme is: A Season of Change –  Memories, Rituals, Traditions. The event is open to the community and geared to help those who have recently lost a loved one and are experiencing a holiday season without them. Participants will receive tools to move from the shadow of grief into the peace and hope of the season. Includes a make and take.
