Two community events offer space to reflect, honor, and heal
High Peaks Hospice warmly invites you to join us for a meaningful Remembrance Gathering honoring those we’ve loved and lost. This year’s theme, “The loss is immeasurable, but so is the love left behind” reflects the enduring presence of those who have passed and the lasting impact of their love.
Together, we will reflect and hold space for the memories that continue to shape our lives. Family, friends, and community members are welcome to attend with you.
In our expansive service region, we are offering two date and location options to make attendance more accessible:
- Saturday, September 12, 2026 | 10:30–11:30 AM
Saranac Village at Will Rogers – 78 Will Rogers Drive, Saranac Lake, NY 12983- Saturday, September 19, 2026 | 10:00–12:00 AM
Crandall Park Pavilion – 576 Glen Street, Glens Falls, NY 12801
Guests are encouraged to bring a photo of their loved one for the memory display that they will take back home with them upon conclusion of the event.
