Hospice is a way of caring…
When treatment options become limited, hospice offers a new kind of choice — one that focuses on comfort, dignity, and quality of life.
Hospice is about compassionate support and expert care, provided wherever you call home. At High Peaks Hospice, our team addresses the physical, emotional, social, and spiritual needs of every individual. We work with you and your loved ones to ensure care aligns with your values, wishes, and priorities — because that is what hospice was created to do.
How High Peaks Hospice helps:
Our skilled and compassionate team provides the expertise, resources, and support needed to bring comfort and peace throughout life’s final months. Care is guided by you and your family. Our nurses and staff listen closely and ask:
What do you need? How can we help? What can we do to make the days ahead more comfortable and meaningful?
Services are provided in the home and may include:
- Medical equipment such as wheelchairs, hospital beds, and oxygen
- Medications and supplies related to the hospice diagnosis
- Support to prevent discomfort and ease symptoms
Our goal is to help each person live as fully as possible. Many of our patients continue to travel, spend time with loved ones, take day trips, and enjoy life’s simple moments.
At High Peaks Hospice, care extends beyond the individual to embrace the entire family, offering guidance, understanding, and comfort for all who are part of the journey.
Research shows that individuals and families who begin hospice care earlier — for three months or more — feel better supported and experience the greatest benefit from these services.
2026 Remembrance Gatherings
Our annual Remembrance Gatherings are right around the corner. These gatherings are designed to reconnect with families and honor loved ones who passed in the last 12 months.
